Talk about Halloween

I just read this and it made my skin crawl.

EYELASH IMPLANTS.

Don't believe? Read it yourself.

Apparently it's hair from your scalp and you have to trim and curl it to make it "normal".

When you think the world is screwed up enough- something like this comes around.

:::shivers:::

see, i think i'd rather go through that than have my scalp hair transplanted and then have to trim it and such.

i used to be super obsessed with my looks, and it took some time to realize that the problem wasn't what wasn't perfect with me, but more like my own perception.

since then i ended up changing the things that i originally didn't like the right way. instead of being tormented that i wasn't an unhealthy looking size 2 at 5'6", i kicked the issues with food and am now healthier and a 4/6. i used to never leave the house without my hair and face painted on perfectly- and now husband is lucky if i get all beautified for reasons other than social events.

thing is, the way i see it, that i'd rather buy really good bras to help "enhance" things rather than implant something in me. if i was meant to have my scalp hair above my eyeballs than i would've been born that way.

i loved having my hair super short and all euro-trashy as they called it. thing is, my head gets cold in the winter when i have to walk the mutts. :)

WTF??? Honestly, I had LESS of a problem with all the placenta talk than I have with this eye-lash stuff.

I had lasik a few years ago, and it was the worst experience of my life!

isn't it sick?

:::sigh:::

well, i wanted my boobs done but then i raelized that it's cheaper to just go out and buy really structured bras... that and DH has had many a fake boobies in his hands and loves mine just the way they are. but after kids if they ever start to drop- he's all for forking up the cash. ;)

something about needles and sharp objects that close to my eyes just sends shivers up and down my spine.
